Pondering, strangely evil looking guy - achieved through the choice of light and eyebrow pose. I moved from a paintery style to cartoon, noting the difference between the face and hand, but I think they work well together, so long as one is moderately dominant. Here, the face is given some touches of life that seem more natural than the stark green-orange-yellow combination on the hands. The hair narrowly avoids ruining the whole thing - had it the same paintery style as the face, it would work better. This is also clearly a lighting exercise; the gradient background acts as a helpful guide.
