I began working on this as an idea for a short monster shot, thinking to create a human that had been bent, twisted, and reshaped into a demon monster. I began roughing out the skeleton in Maya and then worked on a paint over in photoshop, giving me an idea of the form of the monster.

I then revisited the creature and blocked out the 3d form, and later applying some texture to get a feel for the monster. Unfortunately I didn't finish the creature.
